been super busy and feeling burnt out . took an unplanned double rest day. tried working out last night and just didn't have it in me did 2 warm up sets of deadlifts and after that couldn't pull anywhere near what I should be pulling so called it quits. slept way In today and sisnt lift till after lunch still was hitting what I should be but much better than yesterday's attempt. thinking of making some changes to my training and gave them a try today probably do them again tomorrow.
