It's been a good week. Happy to have had a loss. Changed a few things around. Now that Im no longer working outside home my activity level has really gone down but tracking steps daily and slowly but steadily increasing. Added Matcha green tea to daily fluid intake which I really believe helped break that stubborn little plateau I had been experiencing. Using Monk fruit sweetener in place of sugar. And started taking a probiotic supplement, which I also believe will help.
Keep looking for new little things to tweak metabolism and progress in general. Looking forward to next week's challenge.
