Just ordered my wearable step counter from Amazon. Currently tracking with an app on my smartphone which Im all the time forgetting to carry around. Not crazy about keeping all that radiation flowing thru my body anyways.
Enjoying Matcha green tea today. Flavor is good, health benefits are supposed to be as well.
