A week in South Florida with friends who love to cook and who are good at it. I did not cheat with flour and sugar and that kind of thing, but I did eat too much meat and veggies, went way over my calorie intake daily. I am not even going to try to backtrack and fill in my food diary. Roast Pork, jerked pork, conch salad, brown stewed chicken, oxtails. Man.......Cuban and Jamaican cooking is the bomb. I gained a pound or so. I have no issues with that. I had a great time and we walked and worked most of it off. We did have drinks a few nights and I stuck with straight tequila and skipped the mixers. It did the job and I didn't over do. All in all I consider it a successful vacation! Now.....back to business!

Great job! I just got back from vacation, and worked it out the same way as you did. Didn't gain any weight, which I considered a weight loss :). It feels good to be back on the horse, too! Best of luck.
