2 days post vacation weight in. not as bad as I expected even thought it all packed on directly to my gut and looks like way more than it really is. biking 50+ miles , stand up paddle boarding 9 + miles and a few short lifting sessions helped keep the gain down. leaving for vacation part 2 (camping) in a few hours we will see what kind of Impact that has when I get back. goal is to stay on diet during this trip we already prepped all of our grilled chicken for lunches and have a healthy menu planned along with lots of hiking, and biking on the itinerary.
