Went to an elaborate baby shower on Sunday. I enjoyed every aspect of the activities, including the food. I did stay away from the Prosecco because I don’t make good decisions when I am under the influence. Also it goes to my head faster now that I do keto. Now the trick to this journey is to get back to eating clean the next day. Prepare myself to feel all the cravings and recognize beastly withdrawals from sugar. My depression is acting up 🔝. I have got to motivate myself to walk. I need the reminder that this is difficult for so many of us. I’m calling on the Holy Spirit 🕊 for guidance and intellectual fortitude for a couple more days.
