Wake up endorphins...Good Friday morning..Yeap had to wake em up again this morning..like night an day when them endorphins get woke up...just got off zwift...did 8.3 miles...in 35 min..and I didn’t even want to ride today...lol...just had to get up after I listened to the 15 day challenge and head to the trainer...once I seen I was riding faster then yesterday...let the competition begin...
Therapy today at 1 ..thinking of trying to go hydrocoden free today and just taking the ibuprofen like usual...they already did measurements..so I know it will just be a workout and stretches...not sure yet..
Short journal today..not a lot new to tell...an endorphins...are sayin...let’s go go go....
