Happy to see the scale move downward, even if it is only slightly.
I really need to incorporate some exercise into my program, and I have been meaning to, but with my classes/homework load, and working FT, plus all the things that go along with kiddos and a home, I just really don't want to take on too much. I know myself and, if it's gets to be too much, that's usually a recipe for me going off the rails altogether.

I agree with EdMcL! I'd just use FS to actually track the activity you do now so you are aware of it! There is exercise in there for desk work and cleaning even bathing, maybe studying, there is watch tv/ computer , driving, walking, I would track what you actually do and see how it stacks up. In previous centuries people didn't need to do artificial things like "exercise" that is a modern construct to go with our lives of leisure and spreading waists and rears! LOL
