Ideal Weight's Journal, 12 March 2017

I'm sick! Started feeling the crud last night. It's deep in my chest, low fever and headache. No appetite, but did chug some coffee to try and soothe the throat. Chicken noodle soup this afternoon. Moved from the bed to the couch, couch to the kitchen, and kitchen back to the bed.

This is awful to feel the need to be so sedentary on the day the clocks go forward. I greatly dislike daylight savings time.
250.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 75.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

:( Oh no. I hope you recover as soon as possible. Being sick is no fun at all. I don't know if you have ever heard of the little Vitamin C powder called EmergenC (they sell it at drugstores and grocery stores in the vitamin aisle), but it works like a charm for cutting down the time of illness (at least it does for everyone around me!) Recently, nearly everyone I know had the flu, but I went unscathed! I have to attribute it to EmergenC and my citrus water because I used to catch every germ in the world.
