Happy V-Day my FS peeps. I'm going to have to find a new pizza recipe that is lower in calories. Maybe try cauliflower crust? I ♡♡♡♡ pizza. It's definitely my favorite food but I go overboard every time we eat it. :( I kicked butt all day and had enough calories for FOUR pieces of pizza (my plan was to only have three and come in under)... but what did I do? I ate four and then also nibbled probably another piece worth (at least) when cutting slices for the kiddos.... I'll be glad when spring gets here and I get out of this frozen tundra. I would have liked to walk some of it off tonight. Unfortunately, I'm not a huge fan of walking outside when its cold! End of my sort-of-rant.
I hope you're all surrounded by LOVE today!

There is a low carb crust called fathead crust on keto sites - uses almond flour, egg and cheese. People love it. GOOGLE it

Ideal, i enjoyed your post. Well I didnt eat pizza, but made a to die for skinny version of Roasted Brussels sprouts gratin with swiss cheese, low fat bechamel sauce& chopped Filberts (hazelnuts) on top. I could have eaten the whole thing for dinner. I'll post it on my cookbook only 104 cal for 1/2 cup serving.
