I used all but seven calories today, but I stayed under!!!! Go me. No exercise today, and not enough water, so I'll have to kick that up a notch. But still..... :D
263.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 88.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
