YES!YES!YES! I'll take it every time! I know I will probably have a rebound of a few pounds once I have food occupying my digestive tract again, it's still good because 1) I feel fantastic 2) I feel fantastic
That's the whole point behind this isn't it?
Edit: Now that I have done an all out effort, as all out as I can manage, with the carb spike experiment, each week I did it....I showed a loss. This week because of the fast the results were skewed, but, it did not hurt me. Healing my metabolism is important and I feel that occasional spikes (100 vs 20) of non processed food type carbs are probably in order for me so I am going to call the experiment a success! I will probably not do it every single week as that seems to be too close together for my ketosis to re-up, but every other week is fine and good :)
You guys have a beautiful and blessed day!

Thank you....thank you very much...(My best Elvis Presley imitation) :) I do want to thank you guys for all of your support and feedback, it really makes a difference and it feeds my motivation...and my need for attention. Weight loss is a lonely road and we do not always get the support and encouragement from our friends and family that we need, but here...it's all good!
