It’s my 3rd day using this app. Pretty pleased with my progress although app. tells me I’m eating a little too much carbs and too little protein. This app. is not very intuitive I find it hard to use. Entering diff. foods into one meal like breakfast, lunch, or dinner is not very easy. It’s hard to get the diff. foods in the category of breakfast listed for instance. I’ll keep working at it.
Takes twice as long to enter foods into app as to eat the food and just write it down in a paper journal 🤣
