Went to a local park and did a seven mile nature walk along a beautiful trail. Even saw a deer and her fawn. Went to a Silver Diner (excellent, by the way) and enjoyed a late, LATE brunch. Ate breakfast of eggs and pancakes at about 4pm! But got home and weighed 207.4, so things are moving along. Tomorrow's waking weigh in should make me happy.
