It's been a low activity week for me - Three days without a walk or run. I am coping quite well now food wise and rarely felt hunger pangs in the second half and averaged 2000 cals input for August.
Setting up a gym for winter is now taking shape. The TV arrived yesterday and I fitted it on the wall and set it up for utube and netflix - An ariel for terrestrial channel and an output lead to the hi fi is still needed - They are on order. I am looking into getting a treadmill but this will take a month or so to find one close to home at the right price.

My exercise plan this afternoon is to follow one of the tabata exercise sets on utube. This morning I am shopping with my mum in Wantage.
