A good run of small drops. Probably due to a reduction in average intake from 2250 to 2050 cals per day.
Today we are going to London to see my daughter for a day out. Really looking forward to that -It will involve a meal out but I won't be worrying about those calories too much -i simply plan to compensate tomorrow if needed.
Currently cooking mushrooms on toast that I found during my walk yesterday.

Well done. Your sensible planning is seeing you through what can be a difficult transition. I've done similar, with periods of slight yo-yoing of weight (2-5lbs or so) until I've been able to increase calorie intake and allow body to get used to it and maintain. I've then cut down again and found it easier to lose a bit more.
Enjoy London and your meal out. You are right not to worry, it will all balance out by the end of the week.
