JustBananas I did dial my calories back by 200 a day and I think today's weigh in is a more realistic representation of my current weight. their had been a lot of food in and not a whole lot comming out in a few days if you catch my drift lol. If my smart scale is good for anything at all it is saying the past 30 days I gained 3 lbs consisting of 2 lbs of muscle and 1 lb of fat! If that's true I would be completely ecstatic. I could drop that pound of fat in less than a week!

Your scale sounds magical, Otb, but that's too much see-sawing for my sanity. I'm keeping my weigh-ins to a minimum to avoid regular shouting matches while nekkid🤣
