A triple chocolate muffin sounds really good. I watched my hubby eat a cherry sundae today. I do it fairly often. It looked pretty good too. LOL. Especially since it was 93 outside and ice cream is perfect for days like this. I'm thinking I may have to get some sugar free fudsicles I like those.

Morticia, have you tried orange sherbet push pops? 70 calories each and refreshing even when it's 110F and almost too humid to breathe.
