slight gain. I was expecting that. less concerned about that and more concerned about finding my momentum. been slacking on the type of foods I've been eating. not so much over my limit but but added a few sweets back... and that wasn't smart I know. did 40 min on treadmill again on Wednesday but then took off yesterday. the boys had to be at school for exams at two different times and pick up at two different times so aside from feeding my grandmother and my dog I did nothing but drive all day. but today is a new day and I'm feeling pretty good about it.
