Okay here's my post fasting rebound. I'm dancing over the 200 lb mark; trying to cross that line and stay there. Right now, I'm still working on getting through my mild Covid.
Here we go into the last week of January; let's make the most of it, my FS friends!

Glad to hear you're having a mild case of Covid. I wonder how many people don't even realize they have it because of the cold-like symptoms. Or think they have it, but after testing they find out it is just a cold after all. This happened to my dad recently

The vaccines are doing a good job of keeping the deadlier variants at bay, thank goodness. It would be great if having had Omicron provided us with some immunity but it doesn’t.

Had not a co worker tested positive for covid , I never would have tested myself, I figured it was just a continuation of my upper respiratory infection.
