good sunday all,
yesterday was a binging day. I hope today i can pick the pace back up. yesterday i had a hard time getting motivated for BBB-day, but i did it! i also played tennis with my hubbie and my friend and a fourth guy i didn't know, and i had a blast. Last time i played tennis was abut 5 years ago, and last time i played on regular basis was about 10 years back, so i think i did pretty well...
today steps-class i hope enough people show up or else i have to do it alone without teacher, and that is no fun. but i have to get my workout... after that i think i'm going to swim for an hour. so two doublies in a row, and Monday back to normal eating/working out...
working out is fun! eating is disgusting, life is good.
update: i did not swim but i joined the boxing class, had a lot of fun, after that visit from my sister, that was stressfull and now i'm spend.
