I have had a week of meeting with friends and family around meals out and during celebrations with food. today, I have been rebelling about being mindful and keeping my long-term goals in the forefront of my mind when faced with unhealthy food choices. So today, in the middle of the day, I chose to rededicate my efforts instead giving up for today and giving in. That feels good. J
