I've been sticking to my plan and it's working. Low carbs, two meals a day. Eating fatty meats to satiety keeps me from feeling hungry and my calorie intake is naturally lower, because I'm not hungry. The weight comes off faster if I skip the dairy (except cream which is carb free). I'm not strict about intermittent fasting, I eat when I get hungry, which is usually first meal at lunchtime. At the moment, this is working (harder when I travel).

Excellent! The mishap with the protein bar yesterday did not interfere with your progress, I see.

Yeah, I just didn't eat any more carbs for the rest of the day (except for my daily dose of dark chocolate!)

I eliminated dairy for one week and the results are in...2 lb loss. I am using coconut cream for coffee creamer or almond milk. not the sweetness I'm used to, but I can use maple syrup in place of sugar.

Thanks everyone. My posted goal weight is just an interim step; I've still got a long way to go. I'll reset when I reach this mini goal. Sticktoitiveness!
