Watching @Jimmiepop get the losses that that I had three years ago has made me realize the only way for *me* (*you* are different) to lose 'net pounds' is to 'water fast' again (3-7 days). Still not there mentally, however I do plan to do a 'trial run' this Monday-Tuesday.
However, I will gain weight today and Sunday (must-eat-what-I-want!), so at best I would get back down to where I am today.
😎 Life is Good! Have a great day everyone!

@liv001 - Thanks! I still have stopped the 'out of control gaining' so I am grateful for that :) - - But, yeah I must 'commit' to finally get a 'real net loss' 🙌🏾

Remember. I learned from YOU. Mind first. Body follows. I started my cut in October. Didn't make it past an occasional 48 fasted hours until 2 weeks ago. Peace.

@jimmiepop - Thank man! Yeah even today, other than some protein in my morning coffee, I haven't eaten (yet). That is huge for me considering it is a weekend. Trying to slowly get into the 'mid-set'. Once I finally get my COVID vaccine shots I think that will finally give me the 'mental push' to do a proper 3-7 day 'water fast'.

3 days is torture.... I couldn’t do pretty much anything

@Lillzzzy5 - I have done 7+ days in the past. It was worth it, kept the weight off for years.. then COVID hit... (sigh)

good luck on your water fasting endevors, I have done water fasting multiple times, 1 week each, and while hunger was never really a problem after the first day, I was extreemly close to fainting when I got out of bed or went to take a shower, and I couldn't stand up for long periods of time, I also ended up sleeping way more than usual.

@srossca - No I meant the "COVID Lock-Down" :(

@Lillzzzy5 - No I usually end up with more energy when water fasting, but, I am careful about taking an electrolyte supplement.
