Yesterday I ran 5 miles and I had my carbs below 100g.
I am sure I 'could' have dropped a pound. Then I decided to have some Rice Krispy Treats (because it is Friday after all...).

The downside of exercise is we tend to eat of at least want to eat afterwards so the energy burned is restored.
