I have been struggling for a few weeks now. I think i am eating my stress like I used to do all of the time. Currently giving myself grace for past actions and talking to myself about recommitting and not stopping here.

You've made so much progress!! As someone once told me - if you get a flat tire, you don't get out of the car and shoot the other three out. You pull yourself together and change that one tire. My weight crept up in August (vacation!! do whatever I want!!!) and I just got a pound below my lowest previous weight this year after recommitting. Feels good.
