Day 3 of a planned 3 days of eating
Bad day yesterday. Went to fix a family members computer (not like they can call someone else to do it right now), and, because of his rapidly advancing dementia, I instead spent the time lifting him out of bed so his wet bed sheets could be changed.
So yeah it was a in-n-out burger with fries on the way home and Chinese takeout when I got home.
Some days I feel ‘better’ some days I feel ‘not so much’. Need to ‘pace’ myself because it looks like ‘months’ of this.
While I don’t care about my f*****g weight right now, I still plan to continue my ‘no solid food fasts’ during the week, because I feel better physically when I do.

@Jcmama777 - Thanks. Yeah I was able to just drive up to the in-n-out burger drive-thu. I was able to order the Chinese food and it was delivered no problem. How can I complain that I am 'suffering' when I have a job, money, and everything is still 'working' and I have no worries about starving? This issue is trying to get my spirit and my 'mind' right (sigh). Take Care! 🙌🏾💜💜
