Day 1 of a planned 5 days of mostly ‘no solid food’ fasting
Yesterday I managed to do a 5 mile 🏃🏾♂run 👍🏾
This week I feel mentally up to sticking to the diet all 5 days (unlike last week where I decided to break the diet in the middle of the week).
