Day 2 of a planned 3 days of eating
My recent insights from analyzing my Fat Secret data in PowerBI has provided, to me at least, clear proof that anytime I have excessive protein (basically 150g or more), my weight loss is stopped and/or I gain weight. Doesn’t matter how well I am doing with the low carbs, or what my calorie deficit is.
With this information, I decided to only have one protein coffee in the morning. Already this helped me because I was not hungry all day. I also stayed away from snaking on the low carb Parmesan cheese snacks
I timed my run as late in the day as possible because I knew that after running 7 miles I would not be hungry for hours. By 6:00pm I only had 3g of Carbs, 24g of Protein and 260 Calories. For dinner I decided to let lose and eat whatever I wanted 😊
😎 Life is Good! Have a great day everyone!

It never seems to matter what I eat, as long as I Ride the next day, burns up whatever I ate.

I had a similar experience. I'm smaller than some of the other lifters and although I would have a calorie deficit, it would be not be large enough to control body fat gains eating 150 grams of protein daily. Right now, I'm making progress eating 110 grams of protein. I'm able to accomplish eating that much protein consuming less calories and maintaining a larger calorie deficit for now...
