Day 1 of a planned 1 1/2 days of ‘no solid food’ fasting
Yeah yesterday, the eating 'solid food' was a 'disaster' haha!
Well it is back to protein shakes today and tomorrow morning...

@liv001 - I am travelling today, but it is good to be back to protein shakes. Eating a lot is not that enjoyable for me because it is 'compulsive eating'.

Yeah! I know what you mean. I am not an overeater in the same way. I can be constant eater... and in the end it ends up the same place. We are imperfect dieters for sure... working on finding our way.

Compulsive eating. Had to look that up. The solution for me is to keep the house free from problematic foods. In a nutshell, have a doughnut at a restaurant, but do not take home a box of a dozen.

@nikeit - Yes mee too! the day is half over and all I have had is one protein shake.
