Day 1 of a planned 2 days of ‘no solid food’ fasting
Wednesday is going to be a eating day. In the past, I actually do not gain a lot from just one eating day, so, I plan to still have a net loss for the week…

@nikeit - Eating 'solid food' this Wednesday is just a 'one time' thing. While I miss 'chewing' on food during the week, I also enjoy the 'empty feeling' of not having 'food digesting' in my stomach during the week. Otherwise, I guess my body doesn't care, my bloodstream is still full of carbs, proteins, and fats because I am still pounding down 1,000 calories a day...

I can't remember the last time I only had 1,000 calories in a day - I think I was about six at the time :)
