Had some donuts but still only .2 above waking weight so I'm going to have another drop. All should be well by Monday. Sunday nights are carb ups. Not planned, they just happen haha

I think when you start running you lose too fast. Which means I need to start running. 🙄🏃🏻♀️😁

Well, we can store 2,000 calories in glycogen so it may just be that since I haven't been running much besides the last 3 days. I won't run today and I'll probably eat more than normal so I'll be 180 plus tomorrow.
