I am back from vacation with a 4lb gain. That be nothing! I am doing my first 72 hour fast to reset my eating and conviction. I had my last sip of iced coffee at 5:09 PM last night. I had more caffeine than usual the last few days. I hope I don't get a fasting headache.
Thankful: I have an excellent support system in place for my health goals. FS, people I follow on IG, and E is actually watching what he eats and exercised with me again this morning. Craziness!
Goal for day: I already did some cardio (elliptical), and I will do my fit board at lunch. My main challenge will be not getting any coffee when I pick up some for a friend after work. But I truly think I will be ok. A fast is a mind set and my mind is set.
Positive Thoughts: The 72 hour fast will reset all that it needs to reset. I am back on track. :-)
