Day 4 of a planned 5 days of ‘no solid food’ fasting
My motivation is always some fear.
When fasting, my fear would be "But, I don't want to feel hungry!". Totally irrational considering I have water fasted up to 10 days, but, fear requires no logic.
I can sometimes change my behavior by finding a 'greater fear' like "If I cheat today, I wont be able to have the hamburger this weekend, (that I would enjoy more because it is the weekend)".
Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't...
