My weight is still the same even I exercise every 60 minutes in the morning and evening (walking and dancing exercise) and with 3-5 small meals per day (veggies, bread,non fat milk and fruits)and no other junkie foods,sweets and soda. mmmmmmmmmmm........... what went wrong?

If you cut to many calories your body will hold on to the food, cut calories but not to dramtically, maybe up the intensity of your workouts..... Don't expect results overnight, you can do it but it takes time and willpower. Good Luck!!!
