Still on vacation...
I hit the carbs hard **again** last night and **again** this morning. I did a hard weightlifting workout yesterday, and a hard weightlifting workout **again** this morning.
I-am-Soooo **FAT**
Vacation ends on Sunday morning. I plan to do *EPIC* amounts of fasting and cardio.
For me, body fat percentage is *all* that matters.
