Day 2 of a planned 4 days of ‘no solid food’ fastingI usually don't ‘no solid food’ on the weekend, but I had a HUGE carb, protein and calorie binge on Saturday so I decided to ‘no solid food’ fast on Sunday. I think keeping my eating, and therefore my 'binging' down to only two days rather than the usual 3 days is what really makes the difference. Yesterday I 🏃🏾♂️ ran 11 miles, the day before that I 🏃🏾♂️ ran 11 miles, so I 🏃🏾♂️🏃🏾♂️ ran 22 miles over the past two days. Today I was able to make my Omron show my fat below 20%. 😎 Life is Good! @Draglist - Thanks! Of course I don't know how accurate the Omron is, but, the 'ratio' I hope is 'consistent'.

@ Keilin_4 - Thanks! I was wrong about the expected 'weight gain' that I thought would happen today, but I really had no idea how much 'no solid food' fasting on Sunday helped.

@Fiberoptic - Thanks. I think cabbage soup is way more nutritious than my protein shakes. My only problem is I tend to 'binge eat' when I have solid food.
