Day 1 of a planned 2 days of ‘water’ fasting
I plan to ‘water fast’ Monday and Tuesday…
One thing I like to do before a fast is Eat-A-Ton-Of-Food-The-Day-Before 😊 This makes the first day of the fast go *much easier*. I suspect it is because the food in my stomach is still digesting most of the first day of the fast.
Yesterday I worked out at the 🏋🏾♂️ gym and did a 🏃🏾♂️ 5 mile run. I then did a Kentucky Fried Chicken all-I-could-eat day that I consider a success because I didn’t go over 2k in calories or 100g in carbs or protein. Yes, I gained weight, but I feel it is a result of the previous days excesses catching up with me…
