Day 3 of a planned 5 days of ‘no solid food’ fasting Blood sugar 109 mg/dL
For me, looking back on my data. I seem to only be able to 'burn fat', when I drive my carbs into the ground :) For me, my body simply won’t burn fat unless I am hitting <10 carbs "multiple days". Otherwise, I'm just 'moving 💧 water around'.
This is my week to spend an entire 5 days so I can actually 🔥 burn some fat. This weekend will be the first weekend in a long time I don’t have any special ‘events’ planned and I can avoid ‘carbing up’ and gaining a lot of weight.
I also hope that having multiple days where I don't 'carb up' (more than 100 carbs), I will see my fasting blood sugar start to fall. During the periods where I lost weight (that never came back), I was in the 80-90 range not the 100-110 range.
