Day 4 of a planned 5 day ‘no solid food’ fast Blood sugar 89 mg/dL 75 pushups 2019 PUSH UP Challenge (Overall leaderboard)"Fasting is Fastest!" 😜 I got my run in yesterday, but, we will have rain tomorrow, so I am going to drag myself out in the cold, again, for a run before work. Last day of pushups, so I did 75 😊 😎 Life is Good! Have a great day everyone!

Last day of pushups. I have been doing them as I am also in the challenge. It is so great how well this works for you. I think you may be very sensitive to carbs.

@liv001 - Yeah I do an analysis of my numbers frequently and I cannot lose when I have more than 100 carbs. However, if I keep the carbs under 30, I CAN lose at over 900 calories, but, but, still it must be less than 1200 calories. So, that is what I aim for.

Crazy to think I burn more calories than you Adef. I’m pretty sure 15-1600 low carb is my maintenance (I don’t even run 5 miles!a day like you) I don’t know with carbs though. That would be very different.

@CrashtestDawnie - The pushups are REALLY hard. Did them this morning, but, moving forward, I plan to only do 20-30.

@Cb1006 - Over the holidays I 'let go' and averaged 200 carbs a day on eating days. I gained weight that I am still trying to lose... :)
