I keep doing the calculations in my head and with three solid days of eating planned, starting Sunday, there is no way to avoid gaining 8-10 pounds. So I really want to get down to 169lbs by Saturday. This will prevent me from crossing 181lbs. That is a weight I crossed months ago and never went above in my adult life.
This is looking good so far, but I have no ‘control’. I can only do my best…
