It's been a good summer. I watch my 2 grandsons during the week. There's been amusement parks, circus, zoos, state fair, cookouts, fresh fruit, Iowa corn (they don't call me "corn on the cob" Kim for nothing), ice cream, cotton candy, mac and cheese, pizza, fast food, etc....you get the idea. I developed quite the habit of eating "clean up" after them. I do not consider myself a loser, a failure, or a quitter. I'm not beating myself up. It's not like I didn't know what I was eating. Frankly, I enjoyed it. Unfortunately I am NOT one of those people that the "yucky" stuff makes feel sick. That being said, I am ready to get back in to my routine. Kids start school tomorrow. I am going to do a fat fast this week to kick start my LCHF. I know what works for me and I know how to do it. No problem! Everyone have a super great day!

Do you know how many times my grandkids would ask me, how come I am not having an ice cream cone with them. Many times, I didn't want it...but a few times I did, and when I enjoyed a small soft serve with them, it was worth every calorie....Living and Loving life along the way...
