No change which is amazing considering what I ate for Thanksgiving. I was scared to get on the scale which is so not like me, but really, I ate and ate and ate on Thursday, off plan Saturday, a little off plan Sunday....
I left the setting for "how closely followed" at reasonably well. I guess it was reasonable (for me) seeing how it was Thanksgiving and everything was DELICIOUS!
