Breakfast was a repeat of yesterday's sole full meal with sauteed calabasas added.
A test of my blood sugar shows that it spiked to 155 probably due to the brown rice, after I rode the bike for 30 minutes, 4.9 miles and 205.8 calories burned, it dropped down to 86.

No lunch, dinner was a huge chicken soup with green beans and 2 boiled eggs. Added a sliced up ripe banana to it. Had an apple earlier.


Somehow I suspect that my weight will be up in the morning and that I will have to "diet" the first couple of days of my work week. What the heck, my pants are sliding down now with the new 34 waist anyway. Don't feel like going shopping for smaller ones yet;-)

EDIT:The ebook is really going well. Just finished the 4th chapter. Typical ebook for Amazon(at first) and devoted to the approach that I have taken to my particular problem which is insulin resistance and pre diabetes and my attempts to hopefully stop or reverse it. Had an epiphany the other day and rewrote a chapter when I realized after re-reading it that morning, discovering that it was turning into some sort of dissertation, almost term paper like when all I wanted was for it to be like a conversation.

If anyone reading this has attempted a similar project can you message me with a suggestion for someone to help with the cover art? I hear that a good cover design is essential for sales.
