That sure didn't last long. As they say on the financial news shows, bounced off the bottom.

Rode the exercycle for 30 minutes going about 4.9 miles and burning around 205 calories.


Big surprise was about 1 3/4 hours after finishing the meal, obviously after exercise, my blood sugar was only 85!

Lunch was two boiled eggs and a couple of slices of cheyote raw with a little salt and Cholula hot sauce.

Dinner was a bean and cheese cup and two beef tacos with sour cream from Del Taco.

Off tomorrow and have jury duty first thing in the morning.
180.4 lb Lost so far: 28.6 lb.    Still to go: 0.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 7.0 lb a week

Luv ur cat photo! Don't sweat a temporary reversion . . . I haven't seen it on the scale yet, but I've had a number of "BIG OOPS" these past five (5) weeks. I weigh myself everyday so I can see the impact and try to make up for it with some fat burning exercise. Seems to have balanced things out.

Me too! You should have seen it after the 3 day and 2 night visit to the casino hotel and the trips to the buffet. Gained 5 pounds! Just went back to normal when we got back home.
