Can't believe that I forgot to do a weigh in yesterday(9/16). Here is the pic from then. Stayed the same after all that food!

edit: put wrong picture up, this is the correct one!

Oh, yesterday(9/16) I really didn't eat that much. Bowl(reg size)of one serving steel cut oatmeal with honey, margerine and raisins along with splash of milk.

I also had the last of my baby's chicken soup that she made the previous day and yes that is a HUGE bowl.

Nothing else but a GIANT TABLESPOON of peanut butter along with a small glass of milk.

Did the food reduction along with 40 minutes on my exercycle burning off 266 calories actually work? Compare the weigh in photo above with the one right below this.

Had a bowl of steelcut oats for breakfast and this plate with nopales, calabasas, and a huge chicken breast along with 2 corn tortillas.

Just realized that only 2.6 pounds are needed to go back to my weight prior to the two casino trips. Sure hope that it happens by the end of my 5 day work week which ends Monday night.

Did 40 minutes on the exercycle burning around 245 calories or so. Tonight I went to Del Taco and had 3 grilled chicken tacos and 3 avocado slices, yumm.
185.2 lb Lost so far: 23.8 lb.    Still to go: 5.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

If there's one thing you can depend upon it's that you can't depend on the body doing what you want it to do. I'm 188.4 at 3300 calories and the scale isn't moving. I'm trying to bulk to 190. My question is... do I go to 3500?

This is not meant as a flippant response. What worked for me, and it was not intentional, was a couple of trips to a buffet, resulting in a gain of 5 pounds in 3 days. I tried to choose healthy items, I just ate a lot more than normal. As you can see, I am still trying to work those pounds off.

Not to worry. Every attempt; every failure; every curious response is an opportunity to learn. Eventually you can start manipulating your weight any way you want to go and then... the body throws something at you that will make you reassess. Part of the whole deal. Oh. I read yesterday that calorie projections from food are off by 10%, and it varies as to which direction. Helpful, yes?
