No change.
But there may be a change tomorrow morning even after 40 minutes on the bike tonight.
From the buffet this afternoon:
Cream of broccoli soup. Precious little broccoli at that.
Pinto beans and ground beef with pico de gallo salsa and sour cream.
First plate. Green beans, white fish, broccoli and 2
tiny gravy covered beef patties.
Second plate. That is squash and some kind of "bell" type pepper. Only ate about 3 spoons of the corn.
Dessert, peach cobbler and no it wasn't DIET dessert.
Sometimes I just can't help myself. Damn, it was good!
