Thank You! I've been exercising my butt off (literally)and can't believe the loss! At the first of the month I started taking collagen mixed with emergen-c, a multi vitamin, and CLA. I was just telling my husband I hadn't noticed feeling any different and wasn't sure if I was going to continue or not. Now I don't know if any of these have helped or not so am going to continue another month. I also have upped my carbs a little and maybe that's helped.
