Ate BIG last night, even ate all the mashed potatoes which I never eat, they just really hit the spot. Maybe it's because it's so cold...comfort food? Anyhoo, I expected to jump up 5 lbs so this feels like a win.
Now about these decorated sugar cookies that are coming my way tomorrow...I WILL give some to the grandsons and freeze some. I WILL have ONE. I WILL savor it and take small bites. I WILL know that I've fit it into my day and don't have anything to feel guilty about.
