Got in a good workout yesterday evening. Didn't get to 216 as I'd hoped this morning but did get to a new low and I'm happy with that. This will be a busy morning getting stuff ready before going over to my Mom's for Thanksgiving but if I can I'll get in some cardio, it'll be my last chance to do so before next Tuesday. Got to get to the store now to pick up some stuff I need, then smoking a turkey and making some golden braided bread. Have a great day everyone, Happy Thanksgiving.
